We are the data controller for the processing of personal data received through use of our platform.

We collect the following types of personal data:

Customers: Name, company name, email address, phone number, and description of IT needs.

Suppliers: Name, company name, email address, phone number, company type, competencies, and information about consultants (including CV files).

Website visitors: Behavioural data via cookies (see our cookie policy). We do not collect personal data from visitors unless they actively contact us or submit a request.

We process your data for the following purposes:

Task matching: Forwarding customer IT requests to relevant suppliers (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) — performance of contract).

Communication: Responding to enquiries and sending relevant notifications (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f)).

AI screening: Automated screening of consultant profiles against project descriptions (Art. 6(1)(f) — legitimate interest).

Contracting: Sending and archiving digital agreements (agency agreement, NDA, DPA) (Art. 6(1)(b)).

Legal compliance: Retaining accounting and contract records (Art. 6(1)(c)).

We share your data with:

Suppliers/Customers: Customer requests are forwarded to selected suppliers for matching purposes. Supplier consultant profiles are shared with customers for evaluation.

Data processors: We use the following third-party providers as data processors:

- Supabase (database and authentication) — data stored in the EU (Frankfurt, eu-central-1)

- Resend (email delivery) — processes email addresses for sending

- Vercel (hosting) — processes traffic and log data

- OpenAI (AI screening) — receives consultant profiles for automated assessment

We never sell or rent your data to third parties for marketing purposes.

We retain your data for as long as necessary for the purpose it was collected:

- Active user accounts: Data is retained while the account is active.

- Requests and contracts: Retained for 5 years in accordance with Danish bookkeeping law.

- Rejected applications: Deleted no later than 6 months after rejection.

- Unsolicited contact: Deleted no later than 2 years after the last communication.

Under the GDPR, you have the following rights:

- Access: Right to confirmation of whether we process data about you and to receive a copy.

- Rectification: Right to have inaccurate data corrected.

- Erasure: Right to have your data deleted ("right to be forgotten"), unless we have a legal obligation to retain it.

- Restriction: Right to request restriction of processing in certain cases.

- Data portability: Right to receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format.

- Objection: Right to object to processing based on legitimate interest.

We implement appropriate technical and organisational security measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss or misuse. Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access to personal data is restricted to employees with a legitimate need.
